The 4-step process every home goes through.
Before any home appears on BlueKeys, our team inspects it in person, photographs it professionally, and tests every amenity. No exceptions.
1. In-person inspection
Within 7 days of the host's application, an inspector visits the property. They verify it matches the listing, test the AC in every room, check the fridge and washing machine, count beds and linens, and photograph anything broken.
2. Professional photography
We send a professional photographer the same week. 25-50 high-resolution photos including drone, exterior, every bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and balcony. No filters, no fish-eye lens, no creative angles. The photos you see are the home you get.
3. KYC + ownership check
We verify the host's national ID, bank IBAN, and ownership of the property via the original purchase contract. If the host is renting (not owning), we require written authorization from the owner.
4. Annual re-verification
Every spring before peak season, we re-inspect every home and refresh photos if anything has changed. Listings that fail re-verification are paused until the host fixes the issue.
