• Share the details a host needs to host you (for example, your name and arrival date).
• Process payments and refunds through our payment provider.

• Meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We share data only as needed to deliver your booking: with the host or operator of the property you book, with our payment provider to process payment, and with service providers who help us run the site (such as hosting and messaging). We do not sell your personal data.

Payments

Card payments are handled by our payment provider over an encrypted connection. Your card details are entered on a secure payment page and are not stored on BlueKeys' own systems.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Data retention

We keep your personal data only for as long as needed to provide our service and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
