These Terms & Conditions govern your use of BlueKeys and any booking you make through us. By making a booking or paying through BlueKeys, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are
BlueKeys ("BlueKeys", "we", "us") is a booking platform for serviced apartments, villas, and vacation homes in Egypt, with a focus on the North Coast (Sahel). We curate and list properties supplied by verified hosts and operators, and facilitate bookings and payments between you (the "guest") and those hosts.

2. Our role
BlueKeys markets and arranges stays in properties owned or managed by third-party hosts and operators. We verify hosts and inspect homes, but the property itself is provided by the host. Your stay is also subject to the rules of the relevant compound, building, and host.
3. Bookings
A booking is confirmed only once we have confirmed availability with the host and your payment (or agreed deposit) has been received and accepted. Until then, prices and availability are indicative and may change.
You are responsible for providing accurate guest details and for ensuring the number of guests does not exceed the stated capacity of the property.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are per night unless stated otherwise. The total payable — including any service fee, cleaning fee, and access charges — is shown before you confirm.
Payments are processed by our payment provider over an encrypted connection. BlueKeys does not store your full card details. Some bookings may be arranged via a secure payment link sent by our concierge over WhatsApp or email.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Cancellation terms are set per host and, where published, are shown on the listing page.
6. Guest responsibilities
You agree to treat the property with care, to comply with the host's house rules and any compound regulations, and to be liable for damage caused during your stay beyond normal wear and tear. Check-in and check-out times are stated on your booking confirmation.
7. Liability
BlueKeys facilitates your booking and supports you throughout your stay, but is not liable for matters outside our reasonable control, including acts of the host, the condition of third-party facilities, or force majeure. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Egyptian law.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your booking. The date above shows when this page was last updated.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.
