Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for stays booked through BlueKeys. Cancellation terms are set per host; where a host publishes them, they are shown on the listing page under House rules & cancellation.

Standard cancellation windows
For most North-Coast homes (including Marassi and Fouka Bay), the standard host cancellation terms are:
- More than 3 weeks before arrival — 100% refund.
- Between 2 and 3 weeks before arrival — 50% refund.
- Less than 2 weeks before arrival — non-refundable.
Per-host terms
Cancellation terms can vary by host. The exact terms for your stay are shown on the listing page where the host has published them. For homes where the cancellation section is not shown, message us before booking and we will send you that host's terms in writing.
How to cancel
To cancel a confirmed booking, contact us as early as possible by email at Reservations@bluekeys.co or by WhatsApp at +20 100 049 4712, quoting your booking details. The refund amount is determined by how far in advance you cancel, using the window that applied to your booking.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment provider. Once a refund is issued, it typically appears on your statement within 5–14 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
No-shows and early departure
Failure to check in (a no-show) and early departure during a stay are treated as non-refundable unless the host's published terms state otherwise.
