Delivery Policy

BlueKeys provides accommodation services, not physical goods, so 'delivery' means how and when you receive your confirmed booking and access to the property you have paid for.

Booking confirmation

Once your booking is confirmed and payment is received, we send a booking confirmation to the email address and WhatsApp number you provided. The confirmation includes the property, your dates, the number of guests, the total paid, and the host's cancellation terms.

If you do not receive your confirmation within a few minutes of paying, contact us and we will resend it.

Check-in details and property access

Before your arrival date, we deliver your check-in instructions — the property address, directions, access or key-collection details, and the host's contact — by WhatsApp and email. These are sent ahead of check-in so you can plan your arrival.

Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM on your arrival date and check-out is by 11:00 AM on your departure date, unless your confirmation states otherwise.

During your stay

Our concierge is available throughout your stay to help with access, the property, or anything else. The fastest way to reach us is WhatsApp.

If something goes wrong

If you cannot access the property or any detail of your booking is not as confirmed, contact us immediately by WhatsApp at +20 100 049 4712 or by email at Reservations@bluekeys.co and we will resolve it. Most issues are resolved within minutes over WhatsApp.
