Every host's national ID is verified, bank account confirmed, and ownership of the property checked against the original purchase contract. We refuse hosts who can't produce documentation.

Every home is inspected by our team in person and re-inspected annually. Photos are professionally shot within 90 days of going live and re-shot every spring before peak season.
Best price guarantee

Damage protection
Every booking includes EGP 50,000 of automatic damage protection. Above that, claims must be filed by the host with photo evidence within 14 days of checkout. We mediate disputes neutrally.
